EASTBIO thematic training in Bioscience for Health (Roslin, Edinburgh, January 2016)
We offer PhD training across the spectrum of the BBSRC’s funding portfolio in areas deemed to be of national importance to the UK.
Alexandra Hazel Jebb (University of Aberdeen, 2017 cohort) on field work - hibernating marmots (Rocky Mountains, Colorado)
Our student projects are concentrated in four main research areas and we provide training and networking opportunities under each of these themes with the aim of building collaborative networks between students and supervisors working in similar research areas and ensuring that our students have a ‘big picture’ view of current bioscience research.
